Together, we will prep 5 delicious and nutritious Freezer Meals that are roughly 6 servings each. That gives you 30 meals!!! The prepping utensils are provided for you. You will have your own working station with step-by-step instructions on how to prep each meal. When you register, I will email an organized grocery list within 24 hours and all you do is purchase the food in advance and bring with you to the workshop.
Food and drinks are available for purchase. I will discuss the instructions before you start prepping and show you some prepping and chopping techniques. We will prep the meals in freezer safe ziploc bags for you to take home and store in the fridge to cook that week or freeze for up to 3 months.
You will get to know some of my tips and tricks on adapting to a healthy lifestyle. I have been a balanced health nut for many years and have a passion for helping people build confidence and a strong relationship with food. This is a great experience for anyone, whether you are looking for healthy recipes, want to expand your knowledge and comfort level as it relates to nutritious eating and planning or just want to get quick and healthy meals on the table.
